Location: On-site in Shenzhen, China

What you will do

Build and scale AI-powered backend services supporting LLM search, recommendations, and agent workflows.
Design high-quality, low-latency APIs and orchestration pipelines for AI products.
Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, vector search, and data integrations.
Collaborate with Product, Data, and ML teams to shape and deliver new AI features end-to-end.
Drive engineering best practices and mentor others in building reliable, observable, and cost-efficient AI systems.

Requirements

5+ years of experience building consumer-facing web applications or backend systems.
Proven experience shipping AI, LLM, or agent-based systems (RAG, vector DBs, orchestration flows, or LLM APIs).
Hands-on experience with Node.js/Typescript (preferred) or Java, Kotlin, Python.
Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems.
Strong understanding of system design, scalability patterns, API design, and low-latency backend architectures.
Practical experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Cursor, or LangChain.
