What you will do

• Pioneer research and apply state-of-the-art AIGC and VLM technologies to improve ad content generation quality and performance.
• Optimize and scale high-performance systems to handle massive datasets with high throughput.
• Lead data collection, model training, evaluation, and deployment of advanced image processing and generation algorithms.
• Analyze system performance and identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and experiments.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Beijing, China for onsite work.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields with 4+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• 4+ years industry experience focused on computer vision, image/video generation, and editing.
• Proven leadership or significant contributions in designing and training advanced AIGC models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
