What you will do

• Provide hands-on daily support for trading desks via walk-ups, tickets, and chats starting early morning to ensure workstation availability.
• Respond to and resolve high-severity incidents within SLAs, including root cause analysis and prevention.
• Serve as SME for Windows and Mac OS, diagnosing high-performance trading workstation hardware issues.
• Support critical trading systems including Bloomberg Terminals, OMS, and core enterprise SaaS applications.
• Maintain real-time inventory of trading desk assets and manage front-office employee lifecycle IT tasks.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years experience supporting Front Office trading desks.
• In-depth knowledge of fixed income and delta one products and trading workflows.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian suite).
• Proficiency with ticketing systems like Jira Service Desk or FreshService.
• Outstanding communication skills to serve as primary contact for traders.
• Series 99 certification or equivalent is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with conference room technologies (Neat, Crestron, Logitech AV systems).
