What you will do

• Analyze and normalize supply chain data from multiple sources to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor supply chain KPIs and AI adoption metrics.
• Design and prototype AI/LLM workflows, including prompt engineering and evaluation protocols.
• Collaborate with data architects, AI/ML experts, and IT for integration and deployment of AI solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to support performance improvements and provide training on AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Buffalo, NY
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, supply chain management, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in logistics data analysis with proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and prompt engineering.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural, dispersed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement practices.
• Professional certifications in data analytics, supply chain, or logistics.
