What you will do

• Drive growth of the Assignments solution in collaboration with leadership and co-founders.
• Develop and manage a global vendor ecosystem including expansion and service quality.
• Build strong, scalable partner relationships and ensure smooth collaboration across assignment lifecycle.
• Support sales enablement through competitor research and value proposition refinement.
• Help transform the product into a fully enterprise-grade, scalable offering.

Requirements

• Strong command of English; German is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
• Autonomous working style and ambition to build impactful products.
• Background in partner management, vendor management, consulting, or HR mobility highly valued.
