TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (AI): Building and scaling the platform and providing infrastructure support for engineering teams with an accent on managing, monitoring, and provisioning services through Infrastructure-as-Code. Focus on defining the technical roadmap, finding the best technical solutions, and running experiments to bring new ideas.
Location: Remote. Must be able to work within ±4 CET.

What you will do
- Provide infrastructure support by interacting with engineers.
- Manage, monitor, and scale existing services.
- Provision infrastructure and platform services through Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Define the technical roadmap and find optimal solutions.
- Run experiments and introduce new technical ideas.
- Collaborate with the Product team and Engineering team (web developers, SRE, data scientists).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with public cloud, Kubernetes, GitOps.
- Experience with observability through logs, metrics, and tracing.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Helm.
- Ability to read and understand application code (Go, Python, shell).
- Experience in tech startups or similarly agile, fast-paced environments.
- Perfectly fluent in English with strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Goal-oriented, demonstrating ownership and commitment.
- Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content.

- Past experience or interest in data science and generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps).
