What you will do
- Design and deploy internal APIs and workflows to power communication across services.
- Create robust, scalable microservices for real-time, high-volume data needs.
- Architect backend systems built for scale, resilience, and speed.
- Partner cross-functionally to turn complex challenges into scalable solutions.
- Safeguard system reliability by building monitoring, alerting, and logging tools.
- Drive impactful technical initiatives in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building microservices heavy backend systems and APIs for internal applications on a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Advanced proficiency with Go.
- Experience building and scaling backend systems and designing enterprise scale APIs.
- Highly focused on delivering results for internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and collaborate.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
- Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CDK).
