Product Manager

Product Manager (IT Solutions): Defining and delivering roadmaps for IT topic areas within the hirify.global Library, creating no-code solutions from concept to delivery, and collaborating across teams to bring them to market with an accent on researching customer pain points and shaping the roadmap. Focus on building and shipping solutions fast without waiting for engineering cycles, and tracking adoption to understand what resonates and continuously iterate.

What you will do

• Define and deliver the roadmap for multiple IT topic areas within the hirify.global Library.
• Identify trends, customer pain points, and emerging technology to spot impactful new solutions.
• Design and build hirify.global Library packs end-to-end from concept to ready-to-use solutions.
• Ship solutions rapidly and iterate based on adoption and usage patterns.
• Craft and deliver compelling product pitches to internal teams, customers, and prospects.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to understand market needs and influence platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Enterprise IT or IT Consulting, ideally in Digital Workplace, End-User Computing, or IT Operations.
• Experience at the Senior Consultant or Consultant level at IT consulting firms.
• Proven ability to structure complex IT problems, uncover insights, and translate them into clear, actionable solutions.
• Broad understanding of modern enterprise IT environments, including workplace technology, endpoint management, identity, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed, comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end.
