What you will do

• Engage with B2B customers in Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Pharma to understand needs and translate them into actionable tech solutions.
• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of innovative technology solutions, leveraging Gen AI/LLMs.
• Take developed solutions to market for validation, gather feedback, and iterate based on customer insights.
• Scale tech solutions from inception to widespread market adoption, ensuring efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable, innovative solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Operate independently and lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support in product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in tech solution building, product management, or client implementation within B2B environments.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Gen AI and LLM technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully building and scaling at least two tech solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
• Strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with keen attention to detail.
