What you will do

• Simplify and modernize sales processes by designing AI-powered tools that reduce manual steps and surface relevant insights.
• Collaborate with UX, data science, and engineering teams to build next-generation AI-first CRM workflows.
• Drive customer annual and quarterly planning tools to guide sellers in strategic pitch creation.
• Develop automated pitch deck creation and LLM-generated meeting briefs with customized talking points.
• Automate administrative tasks such as contact updates, pipeline management, and follow-up emails.
• Enable conversational order management for non-programmatic customer orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• Preferred: 12+ years experience with product market fit, launch, and improving product metrics.
• Deep knowledge of CRM systems, sales workflows, and agentic capabilities.
• 3+ years delivering advertising technology products.
• 5+ years building CRM/sales tools and partnering with sales organizations.
• Location: Onsite in Bengaluru, India.
