What you will do
- Manage end-to-end localization of marketing assets and product content across 30+ languages using Lokalise and AI tools.
- Ensure all localized content sounds native and culturally appropriate for target markets.
- Leverage AI-driven workflows and internal guidelines to maintain high-quality translations.
- Monitor performance impact of localized content on user engagement and conversion rates.
- Own project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with brand managers, designers, copywriters, and developers.
- Maintain UI/UX compatibility and readability of translations across web layouts.
Requirements
- Must be located within ±4 hours of CET timezone for optimal collaboration.
- Minimum 2 years experience in localization or translation of marketing and product content at scale.
- Hands-on experience with Lokalise and AI-powered translation tools (ChatGPT, DeepL, Manus AI, or similar).
- Proven project management skills managing multiple languages and stakeholders.
- Strong marketing and cultural adaptation insight with UI/UX awareness.
- Fluent English required.
