What you will do

• Drive adoption of firmwide data governance frameworks within the Risk Division.
• Manage initiatives to improve data governance quality and document data lineage.
• Coordinate with project teams to define objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
• Develop data validation controls and provide data quality analytics for remediation.
• Engage with data producers and consumers to negotiate data ownership and implement policies.
• Communicate progress and build consensus across senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Warsaw, Poland
• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proactive team player with attention to detail and ability to manage evolving priorities.
• Experience or knowledge in data governance, regulatory reporting, or financial services preferred.
