What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements using SMART or INVEST principles.
• Create clear and structured documentation including specifications and workflows.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
• Support Agile processes using tools such as JIRA and Airfocus.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience in data processes and technologies within regulated biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Agile project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
