What you will do
- Act as a proxy between stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop effective solutions
- Participate in setting up scaled agile processes and contribute to cross-team coordination
- Document findings and produce actionable reports from stakeholder meetings
- Prioritize work items based on business value, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and validate outputs throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required
- Location: Must be based in Bulgaria, Georgia, Lithuania, Poland, or Romania or have flexibility for hybrid/remote work
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Experience as Product Owner or proxy in scaled Agile environments (Scrum of Scrums, LeSS, Nexus, SAFe)
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BA tools such as Jira and Confluence
