Location: Zurich, Switzerland (hybrid model, 4 days in office, 1 day remote)

hirify.global is developing a digital Private Markets investment platform and undergoing rapid international expansion.

What you will do

• Drive the development of hirify.global Global Marketplace in close collaboration with the Head of Global Marketplace.
• Support the execution and conception of the global marketplace strategy.
• Provide expertise and guidance on hirify.global Global Marketplace topics, including live platform demonstrations.
• Coordinate marketing materials and client events to showcase the platform.
• Articulate hirify.global’s Global Marketplace solution and capabilities to clients.
• Manage key developments and initiatives, fostering strong relationships with internal teams.

Requirements

• Solid academic credentials in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of work experience in the Asset or Wealth Management industry.
• Exposure to or interest in Private Equity and/or other Private Markets asset classes.
• Proactive approach to managing projects with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Business proficiency in English is a must.

Nice to have

• Past experience with other investment or technology platforms.
• Proficiency in other languages.
