What you will do

• Develop and implement monetization strategies including pricing, store optimization, offers, battle passes, and ad monetization.
• Set and track KPIs for engagement and revenue, leading initiatives to improve these metrics.
• Manage live events, updates, and in-game promotions to maintain active player engagement.
• Oversee execution and troubleshooting of in-game events and feature releases to maximize retention and revenue.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure cohesive monetization and live operations strategy.
• Identify new feature and economy adjustment opportunities based on player data and market trends.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain or Tel Aviv, Israel.
• Experience in game monetization and live operations, especially in social or mobile free-to-play games with multiplayer elements.
• Proven track record managing live operations, seasonal events, and engagement-driven monetization strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, community, production, and analytics teams.
