What you will do

• Formulate design strategy and roadmaps with product leads
• Manage design leads and distribute workload across streams/brands
• Implement unified standards, design systems, and research practices
• Ensure quality control, meet deadlines, and maintain speed
• Handle hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management of the team

Requirements

• 3+ years managing teams of 10+ people
• Portfolio demonstrating measurable business impact
• Experience building design systems, UX research, and A/B experiments
• Skills in resource planning, SLA, and process management

Nice to have

• Experience with gamified products
• Experience implementing AI to improve design quality and speed
