Data Scientist Internship (AI)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid, with the possibility to work partially remotely

hirify.global develops a SaaS planning platform and a user-friendly product, with engineering teams involved across the application lifecycle.

What you will do

• Design, test, and evaluate LLM-based systems for the AI Modeler.
• Define success criteria, test suites, and evaluation metrics for AI Modeler projects.
• Develop approaches using prompting, agentic workflows, and intermediate representations.
• Build systems that transform specifications, external documents, or databases into hirify.global models and formulas.
• Benchmark quality, reliability, cost, and latency, document trade-offs, and build evaluation pipelines.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to share findings.

Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly and experiment rigorously.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable results.
• Interest in AI Modeler systems, LLM-based approaches, and data science experimentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with some of the current stack, including Python, LangGraph, Weights & Biases, Hugging Face Hub, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, CircleCI, or MLflow; knowledge of all technologies is not expected.
