What you will do

• Lead ICT projects of varying size and complexity from initiation through delivery and handover.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring consistent delivery within agreed time, quality, and budget.
• Coordinate and supervise dedicated project teams, ensuring clear task assignment and effective collaboration.
• Maintain ongoing communication with internal stakeholders, customers, Sales, and Delivery to provide project status.
• Oversee contractual and SLA-related commitments, monitoring service performance.
• Facilitate decision-making, escalate risks or blockers, and ensure project governance standards are met.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and align delivery activities with agile practices within the Scrum team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager for ICT projects.
• Proven ability to lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery and handover.
• Experience working in the education sector.
• Strong experience managing scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong background coordinating cross-functional teams and driving delivery outcomes.
• Proficiency in English and German at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum, with hands-on participation in agile delivery.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
