What you will do
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and growing accounts within your territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic account targeting and proactive outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including C-suite executives and IT leaders
- Manage a team of Inside Sales Executives to drive revenue
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and solution architects to create tailored demonstrations and value propositions
- Leverage partner ecosystem to expand market reach and execute joint go-to-market strategies
Requirements
- Location: Based in Bangalore, India
- 10-15 years of experience with 3-6 years in enterprise SaaS sales and 3-5 years managing sales teams
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of RPA, AI/ML, and digital transformation concepts
- Consultative selling skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

- Experience managing inbound, outbound, and partner-led sales
