What you will do
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline in collaboration with US Account Executives
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn across multiple industries
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and schedule qualified meetings
- Research accounts and tailor outreach to key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets
Requirements
- Location: Must work onsite in Bengaluru, India
- 1-3 years experience in sales development or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS/technology
- English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work US night shift hours
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus
