What you will do

  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline in collaboration with US Account Executives
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn across multiple industries
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and schedule qualified meetings
  • Research accounts and tailor outreach to key decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets

Requirements

  • Location: Must work onsite in Bengaluru, India
  • 1-3 years experience in sales development or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS/technology
  • English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to work US night shift hours
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus
