What you will do
- Create clear, accurate technical content, including help center articles and product documentation.
- Design intuitive in-app guidance, walkthroughs, and onboarding flows.
- Develop scalable product training programs that simplify complex workflows and drive adoption.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and software development teams to support product launches.
- Identify knowledge gaps using data and feedback, delivering targeted learning solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in technical writing, product training, instructional design, or software-focused learning creation.
- Proven ability to convert complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly explanations and engaging experiences.
- Experience creating online courses, knowledge base articles, product walkthroughs, or in-app guidance flows.
- Natural relationship builder, able to team up with SMEs and other departments.
- Ability to transform complex technical concepts into digestible content.
- Data analysis skills to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience working with software development teams or in SaaS environments.
- Industry, subject matter or hirify.global platform expertise.
- Familiarity with topic-based authoring and in-app guidance.
- Experience with tools like Zendesk, Madcap Flare, Gainsight, or Camtasia.
