PMO Producer (Game Development)

PMO Producer (Game Development): Overseeing PMO activities for multiple game studios with an accent on establishing best practices, process improvement, and production training. Focus on auditing projects, mentoring producers, and researching new production methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity across various game projects.

Location: Hybrid in Kyiv, Ukraine. Remote work possible for employees outside the Kyiv region within Ukraine.

What you will do

• Be in charge of PMO activities for Prague, Warsaw, and Kyiv studios.
• Create and present Agile, Lean, Waterfall, and general production trainings and workshops.
• Identify best practices, processes, and structures for projects.
• Audit Game & Art Division projects to improve velocity, efficiency, and productivity.
• Propose improvement and restructuration plans for project issues.
• Mentor Game Division producers on Agile/Lean and production practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in Game Production as Project Coordinator, Associate Producer or Producer.
• Project management studies/certifications with emphasis on Agile/Lean practices.
• Professional experience with production tools like Hansoft and JIRA.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Lean philosophy and frameworks.
• Data analytical skills and statistics knowledge.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Agile Scaled frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum of Scrum).
• Technical experiences (design, art, programming).
• Wide video game industry knowledge.
