What you will do
- Build and execute localized demand generation and field marketing programs for Japan to support international marketing goals.
- Drive brand awareness, pipeline generation (SAO + PG), and campaign ROI.
- Partner with Japan’s Commercial Sales teams to create integrated campaigns.
- Develop Japan-specific campaigns, messaging, and narratives across digital, event, and media channels.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to adapt global initiatives for the Japanese market.
- Manage campaign budgets, track performance, analyze ROI, and continuously optimize spend and channel mix.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in Japan, ideally within SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven success in developing and executing full-funnel demand generation strategies for SMB and Mid-Market segments.
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing mix and how to leverage paid, owned, and earned channels to scale growth in Japan.
- Experience in field marketing and events, including planning, execution, and optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to align sales, product, and marketing teams across different regions and priorities.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills.
