What you will do
- Own and drive growth initiatives for the Japanese market through localization and experimentation
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase daily active users and retention
- Collaborate closely with data analytics to identify growth opportunities and patterns
- Manage creator programs and implement new growth tests and trends
- Work remotely with international teams across time zones
Requirements
- Must be currently living in Japan with deep understanding of local education system and student culture
- Native Japanese and business-level English proficiency
- Top-tier university education in business, economics, or quantitative fields
- Experience in consulting, high-growth startups, or significant university projects
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
