What you will do

• Own and drive Japanese market growth through localisation and experimentation.
• Ideate and execute new tests to establish hirify.global's brand for students in Japan.
• Work with data analytics to identify growth patterns and opportunities.
• Execute marketing strategies and campaigns to boost DAUs and retention.
• Run creator programs and identify new growth trends.

Requirements

• Must be currently living in Japan and have gone through schooling in Japan.
• Top-tier university degree (business, economics, or quantitative field).
• Previous experience in consulting, high-growth startup, or significant university projects.
• Analytical mindset to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Native Japanese; Business English proficiency required.
