What you will do

• Lead development through the entire product lifecycle from inception to delivery
• Manage team activities including sprint planning, task breakdown, and status reporting
• Supervise and review code of team members
• Resolve customer support issues efficiently
• Drive technical design, architecture, and coding standards
• Coach and mentor team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Location: Must be eligible to work in Canada; no sponsorship available
• 8 to 12 years of software design and development experience, preferably in commercial enterprise applications
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Java; familiarity with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
• Good understanding of database concepts and SQL; experience with low-level networking preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a computing-related discipline
