What you will do

• Design, develop, and enhance Java-based applications using AWS, Spring, Apache Camel, Kafka, and SQL.
• Expand and optimize the client’s Data Mesh framework, enabling new data feeds.
• Implement real-time event processing using Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS.
• Develop and maintain data transformation logic using Apache Camel.
• Create secure, scalable database schemas, stored procedures, and queries.
• Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience architecting and developing AWS-based solutions.
• Extensive background in Java, Spring, Apache Camel, Spring Batch, and large-scale application development.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and AWS messaging services (SNS/SQS).
• Strong SQL proficiency (schema design, stored procedures, complex queries) across relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, OpenShift, AWS ECS Fargate, etc.) and DevOps/CI/CD tools (GitHub, Maven, Azure DevOps, Ansible, etc.).

Nice to have

• Salesforce integration experience.
• Experience with AMPS or other in-memory data platforms (MemSQL, Ignite).
• Python development skills.
• Experience with visualization tools (PowerBI, Grafana, ELK).
• Exposure to advanced AWS services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Redshift, etc.).
