What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and debug complex software solutions in Java or NodeJS.
• Lead, coach, and guide a team of senior and junior engineers through the SDLC, including code reviews and deployments.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, analyzing, planning, and estimating development tasks.
• Take ownership for business features from technical design through implementation.
• Be a hands-on developer while assisting and understanding other developers’ tasks.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant development experience, including 5+ years with web-based applications leveraging Java or NodeJS.
• Strong experience in cloud native application development (AWS) and Docker.
• Expert knowledge of modern technologies, software development patterns, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Thorough understanding of Git, SDLC, agile practices, and experience with various databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Perfect command of French and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with development of single page applications (Angular).
• Experience with Jira and Bitbucket.
