• Serve as an engineering leader and technical expert for native mobile development.
• Create plans, processes, and drive execution for mobile engineering teams.
• Hire and mentor a world-class team of engineers, including coaching and career guidance.
• Advocate for user experience, code quality, and architectural design within the company.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship incredible features and products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience contributing to engineering teams, including 5+ years hands-on and 3-5+ years managing/leading teams.
• Proficiency in native mobile development with ability to guide architectural decisions with hands-on credibility.
• Passion and curiosity for AI, leveraging it to increase personal and team productivity.
• Track record of leading and developing high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven teams.
• Excellent communication skills, effective across various mediums and in a remote-first environment.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
