What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 10+ coding Domain Expert Leads, fostering a high-performing engineering environment.
• Define "good data" standards and ensure data excellence for LLM model training.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define the vision and roadmap for quality audit tooling.
• Manage multiple concurrent programs and projects in an intrapreneurial setting.
• Champion domain knowledge sharing across multiple channels and teams to maintain data quality excellence and standardization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of overall engineering experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
• 1+ year of providing technical leadership and project management for all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software development lifecycle, including experience with large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software systems using Service-oriented architecture and Distributed programming.

Nice to have

• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching, and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills and make them more effective.
