Location: Hybrid in Dublin

Armis is a cybersecurity company specializing in cyber exposure management and real-time risk management for critical assets across enterprises and governments.

What you will do

  • Manage up to 30 customer accounts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring health and retention.
  • Guide customers from presales to deployment, delivering use cases and value realization.
  • Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Executive leadership.
  • Drive adoption and utilization of the Armis platform, recommending features to improve security posture.
  • Maintain technical knowledge of the platform and related third-party integrations.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Dublin
  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles such as customer success, systems engineering, or professional services.
  • 3+ years experience in network engineering, architecture, or support.
  • 2+ years experience in Security, Healthcare, Automotive, Retail, or OT sectors.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 20-25% per quarter.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a Technical Account Manager or CSM in Cyber Security SaaS.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools like Endpoint, SOAR, SIEM.
  • Knowledge of Linux OS and networking protocols.
  • Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, Security+, CEH).
  • Experience with Healthcare/IOT devices and manufacturers.
