What you will do

• Manage submission and approval of licensed content assets across game and marketing channels.
• Communicate licensing status and feedback between licensors and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to licensing and asset compliance.
• Maintain documentation and best practices for licensing processes.
• Collaborate closely with vehicle content and marketing teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in London office
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple brands and assets.
• Attention to detail to identify compliance issues before submissions.
• Experience with AirTable, JIRA, 1Password, Google Suite, Confluence, and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence and clarity.
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher
