What you will do

• Rotate through four 6-month placements in Legal & Commercial, People (HR), Finance, and Business Systems teams.
• Support contract analysis, NDA drafting, and commercial processes.
• Contribute to shaping employee experience and HR initiatives.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and business performance insights.
• Maintain and optimize internal platforms including Salesforce.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work based in or near Lower Eashing, United Kingdom
• Recent graduate or graduating soon in Business Management, Economics, Law, or Business Information Systems.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and Excel.
• Curious, adaptable, collaborative, and motivated to build a career in corporate functions.
• English: Proficient (B2) required
