What you will do

• Lead development teams on large-scale projects ensuring software quality and technical vision.
• Mentor junior engineers and support squad leads with technical guidance.
• Implement architecture, DevOps, performance, and security best practices.
• Work with agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Incorporate AI tooling and techniques into development processes.
• Write effective documentation and share knowledge within teams.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Engineer with expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Node, .NET, Java, cloud, and databases.
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, TDD, SOLID principles, and XP.
• Ability to mentor and guide development teams effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tooling and techniques.
