What you will do

• Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver scalable fullstack products.
• Master and improve development processes, culture, and codebase.
• Operate effectively in a hybrid engineering model ensuring code quality.
• Mentor team members in technologies, tools, and processes.
• Present and review designs internally and externally.
• Develop test strategies and automation frameworks to increase code coverage.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model in Tel Aviv, Israel
• 4+ years professional software development experience.
• Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Ruby, Python).
• Experience with web technologies: JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, Ajax.
• Experience with database technologies: SQL, PL/SQL, relational schema design.
• Experience in automated testing with Java, JUnit, Selenium.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building highly scalable web applications.
• Proficiency in high-level programming languages and web frameworks (NodeJS, React, Angular, Express, Hapi).
• Experience with Agile and test-driven development.
• Track record as a top performer in previous roles.
