TL;DR

Lead Full-stack Engineer (React & .NET): Building and guiding a team to develop high-quality, maintainable, reusable, performant, and scalable software for AI-powered solutions. Focus on designing robust software architectures, implementing best practices in Object-Oriented Design and Test-Driven Development, and ensuring continuous integration and delivery for AI-powered products like aiR for Privilege.

Location: Hybrid (Katowice, Kraków, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Lesser Poland, Poland)

Salary: 232,000 – 348,000 PLN

What you will do

Guide a software Agile team, managing scrum boards and projects.
Lead the design of software using principles like abstraction, low coupling, and modularization.
Analyze and estimate non-functional software requirements.
Contribute to system software architecture development with Staff, Principal Engineers, and Architects.
Lead software implementation applying algorithms, defensive programming, and SOLID principles.
Ensure best practices of Test-Driven Design and Continuous Integration.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in software development using C#, Java, or related object-oriented programming languages.
5+ years of experience in web development using JavaScript.
Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and React web development frameworks.
Proficiency in building REST APIs.
Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and computational complexity.
Experience leading an Agile software team, including mentoring and project leadership.
Experience developing highly scalable solutions in Azure or other cloud platforms.
Experience in CI/CD.
