What you will do

• Influence project direction and coach teams through engineering best practices.
• Champion software quality and technical vision for hirify.global and its clients.
• Work on large-scale projects and support team growth.
• Shape delivery engagements and bring hirify.global's best technical thinking to clients.
• Collaborate with operations teams to shape recruitment and client projects.

Requirements

• Software engineering experience across the whole stack, with a specialism in Frontend React and JavaScript-based solutions.
• Comfortable being hands-on with development teams, understanding great code, and seeing the bigger picture (architecture and DevOps mindset).
• Proven experience mentoring, sharing, and receiving feedback to help the Developer community grow.
• Comfortable shaping how engagements are delivered, acting as a technical expert.
• Experience working as a senior team member in Scrum or Kanban teams, applying best practices.
