Location: Hybrid (at least two days per week in Leeds or Edinburgh, UK)

Salary: £70,929–£78,810

What you will do

• Coordinate architecture and MVP delivery of technical solutions within LBG.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align technology landscape with strategic vision.
• Influence technology roadmaps, support planning, and provide cost/resource estimates.
• Lead hands-on evaluations of emerging technologies to identify customer value.
• Design large-scale technology changes and guide new designs through governance processes.
• Maintain logical high-level designs and uphold engineering standards, guardrails, and best practices.

• Broad expertise across modern workplace technologies, including infrastructure, collaboration tools, devices, security, data protection, identity, automation, and APIs.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills to transform intricate challenges into innovative solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and testing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, and Power Platform.
• Scripting and automation using languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash, and tools such as GitHub Actions, Harness, and YAML pipelines.
• Working with APIs and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of current security and cloud infrastructure, including zero trust principles on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
