What you will do

• Own the long-term technical vision and reference architecture for hirify.global.
• Drive modernisation, service unification, and event-driven system design across the platform.
• Lead AWS/K8s architecture, failover design, and Infrastructure as Code standards.
• Champion cost efficiency, improve reliability, performance, and observability.
• Lead AI-first engineering initiatives, deploying AI tools for code generation, testing, and automation.
• Mentor senior engineers and raise architectural literacy.

Requirements

• English: B2 required
• Proven experience as a senior technical leader solving complex systemic challenges.
• Ability to partner across teams and influence without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of good architecture principles and delivering scalable, resilient systems.
• Commercially savvy and energised by transformation.
• Passion for helping teams ship faster with confidence and clarity.
• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, Terraform, and New Relic.
