What you will do

• Own development and deployment of large-scale machine learning models including recommendation, pricing, and classification
• Lead and mentor a growing data science team fostering technical excellence
• Collaborate with product, supply, and demand teams balancing advertiser, publisher, and user needs
• Drive long-term strategy, experimentation, OKRs, and technical documentation
• Work with real-time and batch data pipelines using Spark, Kafka, S3, Airflow

Requirements

• Location: Hamburg or willing to relocate to Germany
• 5+ years in data science with 2+ years leadership or mentorship experience
• Experience with deep learning in production at scale (millions of predictions per day)
• Proficiency in Python and applied ML/AI in business contexts
• Comfortable with large-scale data infrastructure and tools like AWS, Airflow, Spark
• English: B2 or higher proficiency
