What you will do

• Monitor user activity and payment requests to identify suspicious behavior and take action
• Collaborate with Customer Support to resolve tickets
• Detect and flag recurring fraud patterns and work with Product and Tech teams to improve detection
• Stay informed about industry trends, potential risks, and new technologies

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a university program in Hamburg or greater Hamburg area
• Seeking a full-time internship of 3 to 6 months
• 1–2 years of general work experience, ideally in fraud management or similar operational roles
• Analytical and critical thinking skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• English proficiency at B2+ level required; German is a plus
• Interest in mobile games and online topics
