What you will do

• Lead the frontend architecture of core products using Next.js/React, ensuring exceptional performance and reliability.
• Own the user experience end-to-end, crafting highly interactive and elegant interfaces.
• Implement thoughtful, scalable frontend systems and component libraries.
• Shape the integration layer between the React front-end and hirify.global back-end, building clean APIs and data flows.
• Push the boundaries of modern web performance, optimizing for speed and interactivity.
• Mentor engineers across frontend and fullstack teams, raising the bar for craft and code quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building production-scale web applications.
• Deep expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture.
• Strong aesthetic sense and care for spacing, animation, typography, and interaction fidelity.
• Demonstrated experience building polished, high-performance user interfaces.
• Strong systems-thinking to design component models, state management, and routing architectures.
• Experience integrating with or building back-ends, ideally hirify.global, PHP, or modern REST/GraphQL API stacks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive cross-functional decisions at staff level.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems at scale.
• Familiarity with server components, edge rendering, caching strategies, and Web Vitals optimization.
• Contributions to open source in the React/Next.js ecosystem.
• Experience at developer-platform or cloud-infrastructure companies.
• A personal portfolio or GitHub demonstrating craft and sophistication.
