What you will do

• Develop reusable, maintainable React/TypeScript components using the shared PMH-UI library.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to build elegant user interfaces handling scientific complexity.
• Identify and fix UI performance bottlenecks to improve platform speed and reliability.
• Advocate for code quality, consistency, and velocity through standards and testing strategies.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with presence in London office
• 2–4+ years of frontend development experience in product teams.
• Strong skills in React (Hooks, Context), TypeScript, and Tailwind.
• Focus on platform thinking, extensibility, and developer experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with scientific, data-heavy, or domain-driven products.
• Familiarity with shared UI systems like Storybook and design systems.
• Some backend API experience (Django/FastAPI).
