Location: Remote, must be based in a country within -3/+3 hours of the Central European Timezone (CET). You must have the right to live and work in the country you are based on.

What you will do

• Build and maintain user-facing web features using React, TypeScript, Next.js, TailwindCSS, and modern tooling.
• Improve frontend architecture, component libraries, and developer tooling, ensuring performance, accessibility, reliability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to CI/CD improvements for fast, reliable deployments.
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments with proper analytics instrumentation.
• Analyze experiment results with Product/Data and recommend next iterations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ideas, hypotheses, and experiment execution.

Requirements

• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, Playwright, and Turborepo.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks or experimentation tooling.
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, and Cloudflare.
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals, performance, code quality, testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
• Strong customer empathy, product orientation, and a data-driven, hypothesis-led mindset.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-traffic B2C/B2B web products.
• SEO fundamentals knowledge.
• Experience with analytics or feature flag tools.
