What you will do

• Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using React.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver great user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Contribute to code reviews and best practice discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance or usability issues.
• Lead technical decision-making, mentor junior team members, and help shape frontend architecture.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or around Cardiff with hybrid work model (minimum 3 days in office).
• 4+ years professional experience with React and modern JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.
• English: B2 level or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Laravel or full-stack skills (PHP, Go, Node.js).
• Familiarity with automated testing or CI/CD pipelines.
