What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain containerized ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment in batch and real-time.
• Build and manage ML services, APIs, and model serving infrastructure using tools like MLflow and Amazon SageMaker.
• Set up monitoring, observability, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Develop internal libraries and platform tooling to accelerate experimentation and simplify deployment workflows.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for model and data workflows using Docker, Terraform, and Jenkins.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and foster collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• Remote work: up to 5 days a week from home
• English: B2 level or higher
• 2+ years of production experience in MLOps, operationalizing and maintaining ML models at scale.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD systems, and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong Python skills including ML libraries and SQL.
• Experience with monitoring and logging for ML pipelines.

• Experience with feature stores, model version management, or building internal ML platforms.
