What you will do

• Define architecture and technical strategy for AI/GenAI systems ensuring scalability and robustness
• Design end-to-end RAG, vector search, and agent-based AI solutions including data flows and orchestration
• Oversee model lifecycle processes: training, fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring
• Provide architectural guidance and documentation for development teams
• Collaborate with security, data, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure compliance and performance
• Evaluate new AI technologies and support procurement and vendor evaluation

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years software engineering experience with 3-4 years in AI/ML solution design
• Strong expertise in LLM/GenAI architectures, model selection, serving, and orchestration
• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX
• Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and agent-based AI systems
• Knowledge of cloud AI workloads (AWS/GCP/Azure) and cost optimization
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher; German level: Intermediate+ or higher

• Experience in FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom domains
