What you will do
- Serve as primary contact for mid-market and enterprise customers managing full post-sales lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and stakeholders to define and execute success plans.
- Analyze customer data and platform performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Deliver tailored training, demos, and webinars to drive product adoption.
- Advocate for customers by translating feedback to Product, R&D, and Support teams.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities aligned with customer business needs.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia
- 3-5 years experience in Performance Marketing, Customer Success, or related roles in SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech.
- Native Indonesian and professional English proficiency.
- Strong communication, presentation, and technical aptitude including APIs and SDKs.
- Ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Exposure to mobile marketing, martech, or analytics platforms.
- Understanding of SDKs, APIs, or mobile attribution tools.
- Experience working with product or technical teams.
