What you will do

  • Serve as primary contact for mid-market and enterprise customers managing full post-sales lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and stakeholders to define and execute success plans.
  • Analyze customer data and platform performance to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Deliver tailored training, demos, and webinars to drive product adoption.
  • Advocate for customers by translating feedback to Product, R&D, and Support teams.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities aligned with customer business needs.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • 3-5 years experience in Performance Marketing, Customer Success, or related roles in SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech.
  • Native Indonesian and professional English proficiency.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and technical aptitude including APIs and SDKs.
  • Ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to mobile marketing, martech, or analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of SDKs, APIs, or mobile attribution tools.
  • Experience working with product or technical teams.
