Location: Physically located in Indonesia, onsite presence required Tuesday to Thursday with optional presence Monday and Friday

What you will do

• Develop understanding of hirify.global moderation rules and guidelines
• Identify and engage potential partners within the developer community
• Plan and execute online and offline community events and initiatives
• Manage programs from concept to completion with clear goals and tracking
• Support translation and localization to ensure cultural relevance
• Follow and improve team workflows and processes

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Physically located in Indonesia
• Good standing with hirify.global moderation history
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive mindset with passion for supporting developer ecosystem
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience with gaming communities, game jams, or virtual/hybrid event planning
